These terms explain how AROMAMATRIX handles website information, B2B inquiries, quotations, samples and perfume manufacturing project discussions.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Our website is intended for overseas B2B buyers, brand owners, importers and sourcing teams evaluating fragrance manufacturing cooperation. Final project terms are confirmed only through written quotation, proforma invoice, specification, purchase order or signed agreement.
By using this website or sending a business inquiry to AROMAMATRIX, you agree to use the information for legitimate sourcing, supplier evaluation and project communication. These terms apply to website use and preliminary business communication. They do not replace any signed contract, purchase order, proforma invoice or written project agreement.
We work to keep product categories, factory descriptions, sample policy, typical starting quantities and service information accurate and practical. However, website content is general business information only. It is not a binding offer, production guarantee, legal opinion, safety assessment or destination-market compliance approval.
Photos, process descriptions, certificate previews and manufacturing examples are provided to help buyers understand our capabilities. Actual project feasibility depends on the formula, packaging, decoration process, quantity, supplied materials, destination country and confirmed quality requirements.
Any quotation, price indication, lead-time estimate or MOQ discussion is preliminary until confirmed in writing by AROMAMATRIX for the specific project. Final commercial terms may depend on fragrance concentration, bottle and pump selection, cap material, decoration, packaging, testing scope, production quantity and shipping route.
Basic fragrance evaluation samples are free for suitable B2B projects. A typical evaluation set contains 3 x 10ml fragrance samples and normally takes 5-7 business days to prepare after the brief and sample direction are confirmed. The customer pays the actual courier cost based on destination, and the courier quotation is confirmed before dispatch.
Special formulations, extra revision rounds, custom packaging samples, urgent requests or unusual shipping requirements may require separate review before work continues.
Mass production should proceed only after the relevant fragrance, formula direction, packaging components, artwork, specification and approval samples are confirmed. If you provide formulas, bottles, packaging, artwork, trademarks, reference samples or technical requirements, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and supply them.
Customer-supplied components may require incoming inspection, compatibility review, filling trials and schedule confirmation. Delays, shortages or defects in supplied materials may affect production timing, cost or feasibility.
AROMAMATRIX can provide available manufacturing and product information for buyer review, but the brand owner, importer, distributor or appointed responsible party remains responsible for final label approval, market registration, product claims, safety substantiation and destination-market legal compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Factory certificates, SDS, COA, IFRA-related documents or batch documents do not automatically mean that a finished product is approved for sale in every country. The required documents depend on the formula, product type, destination market and agreed project scope.
Alcohol-based perfume is commonly handled as dangerous goods for international transport. Shipping method, documents, packing, route and cost are confirmed according to formula, alcohol content, capacity, quantity and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the carrier and commercial agreement.
Customers should inspect goods promptly after arrival and keep cartons, labels, photos and videos if damage, leakage or inconsistency is found. Any remedy will be reviewed based on evidence, the approved specification and the written commercial terms.
AROMAMATRIX website text, layout, photos, graphics and brand elements may not be copied, republished or used to misrepresent supplier identity without permission. Buyers must not submit third-party trademarks, packaging designs, copyrighted works or fragrance references in a way that infringes another party's rights.
Existing fragrance library directions are generally non-exclusive unless exclusivity is expressly included in a written agreement. Custom formula use, confidentiality and exclusivity are handled according to the specific signed project terms.
The website is provided for business communication and supplier evaluation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AROMAMATRIX is not responsible for indirect loss arising from reliance on general website content before written project confirmation. Nothing on this page limits responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
For questions about these terms or a specific project condition, contact the AROMAMATRIX project desk before placing an order.
